Yes. Honest Water installs 24/7 salt-level monitoring equipment with every qualifying softener installation. The subscription determines whether we simply monitor and notify you or physically manage your salt and maintenance.

Membership TermsView Full Membership Terms
Salt benefits apply to normal residential water usage and Honest Water-installed equipment. Abnormal usage caused by plumbing leaks, continuously running fixtures, commercial activity, unauthorized system changes, misuse, equipment damage, or unresolved repair conditions may not be included.
"No trip charge" means Honest Water waives its standard dispatch fee for eligible visits involving Honest Water-installed equipment. Non-warranty parts, replacement media, extensive repair labor, unrelated plumbing, customer-caused damage, and third-party equipment may be charged separately.
Annual tankless RO filter service includes one standard replacement service per active membership year at the normal replacement interval. Benefits do not roll over, have no cash value, and require the account to remain active and current.
