North Georgia homeowners comparing water quotes

A written, all-in water quote before anyone visits your home.

We build the systems we install and put the price in writing, so you can compare it against whatever else you have been quoted without sitting through a kitchen-table presentation first.

The Honest Water difference

What you get instead of a sales appointment.

One short form, a written all-in number, and an honest answer about what your water actually needs.

We manufacture the systems we installNo distributor margin, no commissioned rep. That is why the written price is what it is.
Licensed plumbers do the installMain-line tie-in, bypass and drain done to code by a licensed plumbing crew.
ResinTech ion-exchange resinA US resin manufacturer used across municipal and industrial water treatment. Resin quality is what holds softening capacity years in.
Jacobi catalytic carbonMore effective than standard activated carbon at reducing chloramine taste and odor, which is what most municipal utilities now use.

Before you collect three quotes

Four things worth checking on any water quote you receive.

Water treatment is one of the few home purchases where comparable equipment can carry a several-thousand-dollar spread between companies. These questions explain most of that gap.

Is the price written down, and does it expire?

Ask for it in writing and check whether it is still valid next week.

Who actually makes the equipment?

We manufacture our own systems, which removes the distributor margin that sits inside most quotes for comparable hardware.

What exactly is bundled into the number?

Softener, filtration, install labor, valves, drain line, haul-away.

Who services it in year three?

You own our system outright from day one, and it carries a lifetime warranty on the system and on our workmanship, serviced by the local crew that installed it.

What the system does once it is in.

Straight pricing

The numbers, before you talk to anybody.

Complete - $3,492 installed. Our most popular system. Whole-home softening and carbon filtration plus a 7-stage reverse osmosis drinking water system, alkaline mineral stage and dedicated faucet.

Larger or higher-demand homes may need the XL or dual-tank build, which you would see in writing before anything was ordered.

Those are standard-install prices, and about 99% of our installs are out-the-door at the quoted number. Unusual setups - a buried line, a trench to the garage, an attic tie-in - are identified, priced and agreed with you up front, never added after work has begun.

You shouldn't have to fight for a fair price on clean water.

What it costs to keep

Simple care. Small, infrequent costs.

Softener salt: $8 to $10 a bag

Most homes add 4 to 5 bags at a time, about $32 to $50, roughly every 6 to 12 months depending on how much water you use. Sold at Home Depot, Lowe's and online. One bag comes free with your install.

Reverse osmosis filter set: $199

That is the pre-filter, membrane and carbon/alkaline bundle together. Lights on the front tell you when one is due, and the cartridges pop in and out. They last about 1 to 3 years, depending on use.

Care costs are estimates and can change over time.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers.

Still have questions? Call (678) 403-6551
Is the quote actually free?
Yes. Free, written, no obligation. Tell us your ZIP, your home size and what you have noticed about your water and we will send a real all-in price, whether you buy from us or not.
What does the Complete system cost?
Complete is $3,492 installed and includes whole-home softening, carbon filtration, a 7-stage reverse osmosis drinking system, alkaline mineral stage, dedicated kitchen faucet, standard installation and Lifetime System Warranty. It is our most popular system. Larger homes may need a different build, which you would see in writing first.
Can the price change after you see the house?
About 99% of installs are out-the-door at the quoted number. Unusual setups such as a buried main or a trench to the garage need extra work, which we identify, price and agree with you before starting. We do not add charges once work has begun.
How soon could you install?
We cap installs each week to protect the quality of the work, so we are commonly booked out about two weeks. Cancellations sometimes open a sooner date, occasionally within a day or two, but we will not promise a date we do not have.
Waiting mostly means another few months of the same water and the same cleaning routine. Because we cap installs each week to protect quality, the earliest dates go to whoever is on the calendar first.
You get a written all-in price for your home, equipment we manufacture ourselves, a licensed plumbing install, a lifetime warranty on the system and the workmanship, a free bag of salt on install day, and up to 65% off select systems while the current sale runs.
